Community Centre (PRAJA SHALA) being built at Nawa Mahasen Pura in Welikanda.Funded by ADOPTIE SRI LANKA BELGIUM VZW this will be completed in two weeks time. The cost is Rs. 1.2 million. Sri Lanka Belgium Association is promoting this with cooperation of the local people’s organizations in the area.
